I have the most fabulous memories of eating it as a starter at a very elegant manor house in the English countryside...it was fresh from the manor house garden and served simply with melted butter and a little salt and peppers. My taste buds were in ECSTASY!! It was that good :-) WHY don't they have it here in Africa?!
